The Transplant Life Foundation , founded in 2011, is the nation’s leading advocacy nonprofit for those in the donation and transplantation world – transplant recipients, living donors, donor families, individuals on the waiting list, caregivers, transplant professionals and supporters. As a primary educational and social networking hub for the transplant community, organizing body for the Transplant Games of America, and publisher of TransplantNATION magazine, the Transplant Life Foundation strives each day to enhance and improve the lives of the transplant community, working tirelessly to highlight the amazing medical advances in transplant while at the same time honoring the sacrifice and selfless acts of love from donors and donor families.

Nestled amidst the picturesque Rocky Mountains, the Foundation along with the City of Denver prepares for the 2026 Transplant Games . The Transplant Games of America, produced by the Foundation since 2011, continue to be the largest gathering of transplant recipients, living donors, donor families, caregivers, and transplant professionals. Spanning across six days of medaling competitions in 20 sports, as well as 45+ signature and special events, the 2026 Transplant Games in Denver will be the Foundation’s greatest event yet – a can’t-miss celebration and tribute to everyone connected to donation and transplantation. Denver and all of Colorado have been recognized for decades as a leading healthy living community, and as such will be a terrific host for the Games. Along with the Transplant Games, the Foundation’s world-class TransplantNATION magazine is a full-featured publication, serving the community for over seven years. Through its newly-formed Transplant Life Foundation Council, the Foundation expects to address the pressing needs that affect the communities it serves through collaboration with industry leaders and key contribution of expertise, ensuring a future where no one is left waiting longer than necessary for a lifesaving transplant.
